Description

ZYCOO lPAudio Dispatch Console is a multi-platform (Windows, MacOS and Linux) application dedicated for ZYCOO lPAudio Solution dispatch users.
With the IP Audio Dispatch Console, dispatch users can broadcast background music, make live SIP paging, create scheduled paging tasks, manage audio conference calls, initiate emergency broadcast, monitor lP audio endpoints status and more. It is suitable for public safety, smart city, secure community, industry, transportation, health and more application scenarios.

Real-time Device Status ZYCOO IPAudio Dispatch Console supports real-time status monitoring ofall ZYCOO IP Audio devices, and it also supports device fault notification.
Triggered Paging Tasks Immediate triggered, timetable triggered and number triggered paging tasks can be created from the IPAudio Dispatch Console. Audio sources can be music playlist, TTS (Text to Speech) audio, pre-recorded messages, alarm sounds, etc.
Pre-recorded Message Paging While creating triggered broadcast task, users can use the IPAudio Dispatch Console to do the recording directly. The recorded message can be reviewed and re-recorded until qualified.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) Paging ZYCOO IPAudio Center has integrated with Google TTS engine, from within the IPAudio Dispatch Console, users can convert multiple language oftext to speech and the converted audio can be used for creating triggered paging tasks.
Mp3 Music File Management By using the IPAudio Dispatch Console, users can manage the music collection, and the customized playlist can be created for background music feature.
Music Player The IPAudio Dispatch user can start an immediate background music task and can create a scheduled background music task. During the music streaming process, users can switch to previous/next song, pause music and change the playback order by a few mouse clicks.
Video Intercom Except SIP voice intercom, video intercom is supported with ZYCOO SIP safety video intercom I003, or by using the IV03 integration with external IP camera.
Click to Page By selecting speakers or speaker groups and clicking on the Page button from within the IP Audio Dispatch Console, users can start an immediate paging for urgent or emergency situations.
Conference Management ZYCOO IPAudio Center supports audio conferencing, and the conference can be managed by using the IPAudio Dispatch Console. Invite, mute/unmute, kick out participants options are supported.
Multi-user Login Multiple IPAudio Dispatch Console users can be created on the IPAudio Center, and the users can be associated with different group/groups. So, each ofthe users can work separately, and multi-site IPAudio system can be achieved.
